Adina is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated with honors from Oakton Community College with a degree in Applied Science for Physical Therapy. She has been part of the Optimum Physical Therapy team since 2007 and believes that our personal one-on-one care and positive environment are vital components to recovery. Through her experience with outpatient orthopedics and home health settings, she has developed the ability to provide personalized care based on the patient’s individual situation. She has a special interest in promoting patient education and the prevention of future injuries.
Adina holds certifications as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and finds particular satisfaction in having become a Certified Wellness Coach with the Catalyst Coaching Institute. Her focus is on the whole person and combines all aspects of health and wellness to achieve a balanced lifestyle that can meet each individual’s goals on their wellness journey.
